错了，主要区别是关于子菜单。
deletemenu删除菜单和子菜单，并释放内存
removemenu不删除子菜单，可以继续用子菜单

RemoveMenu只是卸下，还可以备用，

DeleteMenu Deletes a specified item from the menu. If the menu item has an associated pop-up menu, destroys the handle to the pop-up menu and frees the memory used by it.
