用2， Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (85 MB) 这个，只有j2se的东西，如果不是用到web项目的话，就用这个，运行起来比较快

如果是WEB开发的话，就使用了第一个了，至于MY eclipse倒不建议用，没有必要，把一堆插件，不管是你想要的还是不想要的，都给你了。还是自己想要的时候装比较好。

选2是最适合Java初学者的,也就是J2SE的东西,不过这个版本没有集成C/C++,所以如果楼主是要学C/C++就选3。不管怎么说,eclipse还是很好用的，以后需要什么到官网装的插件也就可以了，再支持下eclipse

1和2都行，第一个适合J2EE开发，第二个则用于J2SE。

初学者最好用VI，如果实在不适应，最起码也要用UE。
