WHY不可以用config editor方式打开struts-config.xml

使用SSH框架后，配置结束后，打开struts配置文件，结果不可以用config editor方式打开，提示错误：“由于发生内部错误而无法创建此部件。产生该故障的原因是：Project uf_workload is not configured as a MyEclipse Web-Struts Project. Therefore the MyEclipse Struts Editor may not be used with struts-config.xml. The default XML Editor has been used to open the file instead.”哪位经验丰富的高手帮帮忙啊，万分感谢~！
