    写完后一年没有看过,没想到这篇文章有这么多人点击。博主工作到一半去考研了,目前已上岸某中部985,也算是比较幸运。非常感谢大家在评论里的留言,留言太多不能一一回复,希望大家见谅。这两天根据评论把文章中的某些错误或者不足的地方更新了下,,希望大家能够继续指出不足之处。

    在开发中,有时候我们会遇到这种情况,客户发过来一些数据,我们需要把这些数据插入数据库或者对数据库进行更新,对于少量数据,我们可以直接用原始的方法手动编写sql语句来实现,但是如果数据量较大(100条),直接手动编写sql语句会比较费力。这时我们可以通过Excel批量生成sql语句的方法来实现插入功能或者更新功能的sql语句的生成。

    Excel批量插入sql语句生成

    正常的sql插入语句如下

    INSERT INTO TableName(Column1,Column2,Column3) VALUES('Value1','Value2','Value3')
    

    而在Excel中的sql插入语句如下

    =CONCATENATE("INSERT INTO TableName(Column1,Column2,Column3) VALUES('"&Value1&"','"&Value2&"','"&Value3&"')")
    
    示例如下图
    =CONCATENATE("insert into T_ExpenseItem(ExpenseItem,ExpenseItem_EN) values('"&A1&"','“&B1&”')")
    

    在一个新的列中,如下

    然后,点击如图,下拉右下角生成其他的语句

    这样,插入sql语句就批量生成了。
    注意:例子中A1,B1是需要插入的值在Excel中的所在的列,较正常的插入值,区别如下:
    “&Value1&”

    Excel批量更新Sql语句生成

    正常更新sql语句

    UPDATE TableName set Column1='Value1' , Column2='Value2' where Column3='Value3'
    

    Excel中更新sql语句

    UPDATE TableName set Column1='"&Value1&"' , Column2='"&Value2&"' where Column3='"&Value3&"'
    
    示例如下图:
    =CONCATENATE("update T_ExpenseItem set ExpenseItem='"&A1&"',ExpenseItem_EN='"&B1&"' where ExpenseItemCD='"&D1&"'")

    这样,Excel批量生成更新sql语句就完成了。

    写程序的人,往往需要分析所写的SQL语句是否已经优化过了,服务器的响应时间有多快,这个时候就需要用到SQL的STATISTICS状态值来查看了。

        通过设置STATISTICS我们可以查看执行SQL时的系统情况。选项有PROFILE,IO ,TIME。介绍如下:

    SET STATISTICS PROFILE ON:显示分析、编译和执行查询所需的时间(以毫秒为单位)。
    SET STATISTICS IO ON:报告与语句内引用的每个表的扫描数、逻辑读取数(在高速缓存中访问的页数)和物理读取数(访问磁盘的次数)有关的信息。
    SET STATISTICS TIME ON:显示每个查询执行后的结果集,代表查询执行的配置文件。

         使用方法:打开SQL SERVER 查询分析器,输入以下语句:

    SET STATISTICS PROFILE ON
    SET STATISTICS IO ON
    SET STATISTICS TIME ON
    GO /*--你的SQL脚本开始*/
    SELECT [TestCase] FROM [TestCaseSelect]
    GO /*--你的SQL脚本结束*/
    SET STATISTICS PROFILE OFF
    SET STATISTICS IO OFF
    SET STATISTICS TIME OFF

    另外,也可以通过手工添加语句,计算执行时间来查看执行语句花费了的时间,以判断该条SQL语句的效率如何:

    你输入要查的语句,比如 select * from iot.tb_iot ;

    在查询sql语句之后,在对应的 D:\phpstudy_pro\Extensions\MySQL5.7.26\data\mysql\general_log.CSV   里有对应的log记录

    SET GLOBAL log_output = 'TABLE'; SET GLOBAL general_log = 'OFF';  //日志关闭

    注意:在查询到所需要的记录之后,应尽快关闭日志模式,占用磁盘空间比较大
